THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBES THE TERMS ON WHICH MTE Ad Co-Op
OFFERS YOU ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES.


This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and MTE Ad Co-Op. and applies to your use of the MTE Ad Co-Op's services and any related products available through MTE Ad Co-Op Internet Servers (collectively the "Service"). If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use or access our Services.

MTE Ad Co-Op is apart of the MTE Enterprises Network of sites. We are located in WV, United States. Contact us anytime at support@mteadcoop.com or call 304-820-6013 Mon-Fri EST.

In Brief, you are NOT allowed to us our service for any of the following:
  • Promote Immoral, Illegal, or Illicit websites.
  • Promote Adult, Hate, Racist or any kind of material that will cause offence.
  • Promote the personal information of third parties in violation of applicable law.
  • Investment & credit services. Securities brokers; mortgage consulting or debt reduction services; credit counseling or repair; investment services; real estate opportunities; lending instruments
  • Money and legal services Financial institutions, money transmitters and money services businesses, check cashing, wire transfers, money orders; currency exchanges or dealers; bill-pay services; crowdfunding; insurance; bail bonds; collections agencies; law firms collecting funds for any purpose other than to pay fees owed to the firm for services provided by the firm (e.g., firms cannot use Stripe to hold client funds, collection or settlement amounts, disputed funds, etc.)
  • Virtual currency or stored value. Virtual currency that can be monetized, resold, or converted to physical or digital products and services or otherwise exit the virtual world (e.g., Bitcoin); cryptocurrency mining equipment; initial coin offerings; digital wallets, sale of stored value or credits maintained, accepted and issued by anyone other than the seller.
  • Intellectual property or proprietary rights infringemenet. Sales, distribution, or access to counterfeit music, movies, software, or other licensed materials without the appropriate authorization from the rights holder; any product or service that directly infringes or facilitates infringement upon the trademark, patent, copyright, trade secrets, or proprietary or privacy rights of any third party.
  • Counterfeit or unauthorized goods. Counterfeit goods; unauthorized sale or resale of brand name or designer products or services; sale of goods or services that are illegally imported or exported.
  • Gambling-Lotteries; bidding fee auctions; sports forecasting or odds making for a monetary or material prize; fantasy sports leagues with cash prizes; internet gaming; contests; sweepstakes; games of chance including legal or illegal forms of gambling, internet gambling, sweepstakes and contests with a buy-in or cash prize; charity sweepstakes and raffles for the explicit purpose of fundraising Regulated or illegal products or services.
  • Cannabis dispensaries and related businesses; sale of tobacco, e-cigarettes, and e-liquid; online pharmacies; prescription-only products including card-not-present pharmaceuticals; peptides and research chemicals; fake references or ID-providing services; age restricted goods or services; weapons and munitions; gunpowder and other explosives; fireworks and related goods; toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials; products and services with varying legal status on a state-by-state basis; goods or services, the sale of which is illegal under applicable law in the jurisdictions to which your business is targeted or directed.
  • Adult content and services. Pornography and other obscene materials (including literature, imagery and other media) depicting nudity or explicitly sexual acts; sites offering any sexually-related services such as prostitution, escorts, pay-per view, adult live chat features; sexually oriented items (e.g., adult toys); adult video stores and sexually oriented massage parlors; gentleman's clubs, topless bars, and strip clubs; sexually oriented dating services.
  • Get rich quick schemes, Investment opportunities or other services that promise high rewards Mug shot publication or pay-to-remove sites.
  • Platforms that facilitate the publication and removal of content (such as mug shots), where the primary purpose of posting such content is to cause or raise concerns of reputational harm.
  • No-value-added services. Sale or resale of a service without added benefit to the buyer; resale of government offerings without authorization or added value; sites that we determine in our sole discretion to be unfair, deceptive, or predatory towards consumers.
  • Engaging in any form of licensed or unlicensed aggregation of funds owed to third parties, factoring, or other activities intended to obfuscate the origin of funds; payment facilitation.
  • Drug paraphernalia. Any equipment designed for making or using drugs, such as bongs, vaporizers, and hookahs.
  • High risk businesses Bankruptcy lawyers; remote technical support; psychic services; essay mills; chain letters; door-to-door sales; medical benefit packages; telemedicine and telehealth services; travel reservation services and clubs; airlines; cruises; timeshares; circumvention, jamming and interference devices; prepaid phone cards, phone services; telemarketing, offering substantial rebates or special incentives as an inducement to purchase products or services; telecommunications manipulation equipment; forwarding brokers; negative response marketing; subscriptions over one year; extended warranties; government grants; embassy, foreign consultate, or other foreign governments; charities without proper registration; credit card and identity theft protection; the use of credit to pay for lending services; any businesses that we believe poses elevated financial risk, legal liability, or violates card network or bank policies; any business or organization that a. engages in, encourages, promotes or celebrates unlawful violence or physical harm to persons or property, or b. engages in, encourages, promotes or celebrates unlawful violence toward any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other immutable characteristic.
  • Multi-level marketing. Pyramid schemes and multi-level marketing
  • Pseudo pharmaceuticals. Nutraceuticals, pseudo-pharmaceuticals and other products that make health claims that have not been approved or verified by the applicable local and/or national regulatory body
  • Social media activity. Sale of Twitter followers, Facebook likes, YouTube views, and other forms of social media activity.
  • Substances designed to mimic illegal drugs Sale of a legal substance that provides the same effect as an illegal drug.
  • Video game or virtual world credits Sale of in-game currency or game items, unless the merchant is the operator of the virtual world.

  • PAYMENT PROCEDURES AND CANCELING ACCOUNT AND REFUND POLICY:

    You can pay for our services via card via our two secured merchant processor account, or Solid Trust Pay, or Bitcoin and Bitcash.

    All charges for our services are billed every 30 days.

    If you pay via credit card, you will see a charge on your statement to E Affiliate Team our credit card processor.

    You are responsible to keep track of all charges to your credit or debit card and Solid Trust Pay account.

    Refund Policy:

    You set up the monthly recurring charge and you are responsible to maintain it and use our service.

    Refunds on your purchased will be given for only the following reason:

    If your site or business does not meet our terms and conditions, and, your advertising campaign has not started, then there will be a 100% refund of your purchase.

    If your marketing campaign has started, then, there will be no refund for any reason.

    Your marketing campaign will automatically recur every 30 days until you cancel it.

    If you wish to cancel your monthly recurring charge:

    If you paid via credit or debit card, login into your MTE Ad Co-Op account and place a support ticket with your full name and last 4 digits of the card you used to pay within 7 days of the next recurring charge. NO CANCELATIONS VIA EMAIL OR PHONE WILL BE ACCEPTED!

    If you paid via Solid Trust Pay, you are required to login to your account there and cancel your recurring charge.

    Your campaign will remain active until the current 30 day period runs, out, then it will be deleted.

    Once again, you set up the monthly recurring charge, you are responsible to maintain it. You agree to place no charge backs on any orders to E Affilaite Team for services provided by MTE Ad Co-Op with your credit or debit card company. If you do not agree to this, do not place an order.

    Deleting your account does not cancel your payment. Follow the proper procedures above to cancel your payment. If you delete your account without properly canceling your payment you are at fault and no refunds on campaign payments will be given for any reason.

    If you place a fraudulent charge back on any legitimate charges via credit card or debit card, and we are found to be in the right by your credit card company, you will be billed $100 for each charge back you placed. This is to cover merchant and lawyer fees spent to dispute your charge backs. A bill will be sent to your email and home adress to be paid within 30 days. If you do not pay, we will take legal actions to recover these fees from you including chargeing your credit card on file.

    If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not join.


    Upgrading your account from a lesser paid campaign to a higher paid level or from higher to lower:

    If you wish to upgrade your campaign from a lower level paid campaign to a higher level paid campaign, or vice versa, you can do this.

    If you paid via credit card, we can adjust your payment to reflect the higher level campaign automatically. Just place a support ticket with the last 4 digits on card and we will adjust your monthly payment.

    If you paid via Solid Trust Pay, you will need to cancel your old subscription, then, set up the new subscription.

    Special promotions or account upgrades:

    From time to time we offer various special campaigns and or promotions. These free upgrades will remain as long as you have an active payment on file.

    If you cancel your payment, any free upgrades offered will be null and void and will be removed from your account.

    The MTE Ad Co-Op Service:

    MTE Ad Co-Op is a service provided to you "as is" and without guarantee. Any purchases are non refundable.


    You acknowledge MTE Ad Co-Op is not an investment program, multi-level marketing program, High Yield Investment Program, "autosurf", randomizer, matrix, pyramid, Ponzi scheme, "get rich quick" scheme, or other similar venture. You acknowledge you will not use our service for the promotion of any illegal immoral or illicit purpose. If you do not accept these terms you must leave this site immediately.


    By continuing to use this site you are bound by this agreement and you agree that you will keep all information provided by this site confidential. You are not allowed to copy or comment or take any action that may devalue the sites service and accept any damages or costs thereof such breach including any agent or company that you may be associated with.


    The user agrees not to operate hardware or software designed to bypass the systems developed by MTE Ad Co-Op for the benefit of all it's users.


    When an account is set-up, the user agrees to provide current and accurate information. And agrees that, that information can be used for MTE Ad Co-Op to make contact with the user. Any inaccurate information may result in the user's account being closed.


    Information given in registration will not be sold or given to any third party without the users written permission, unless required to by law. Users agree not to collect or harvest any users information that may be on our internet servers.


    MTE Ad Co-Op makes no claim as to when visits will be received by the user. MTE Ad Co-Op can not be held responsible for third party hit trackers that may not record hits accurately. MTE Ad Co-Op statistics are final.

    While MTE Ad Co-Op may take measures to prevent offensive information, the user acknowledges that any content found on our servers may not be controlled by MTE Ad Co-Op , and MTE Ad Co-Op can not be held accountable for it. However, the user agrees not to use MTE Ad Co-Op to promote or advertise any of the following material. Pornographic, Links or banners to pornography, Adult Content, Explicit, Racial, Hate, Illegal, SPAM, Auto-Surf Software, or any other material that may be offensive or unethical
    .

    Users will conduct themselves in appropriate manner and will not manipulate any of the site to gain credit or access to unauthorised areas. Also, MTE Ad Co-Op does not allow the use of auto-surf software/hardware (etc.) to gain credits. Anyone caught using or distributing it will have their account terminated.


    The user agrees not to hold MTE Ad Co-Op responsible for any content, links, advertisements, site malfunctions, miss-directions or any other events that may cause harm mentally, physically or to property.


    You agree that MTE Ad Co-Op, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if MTE Ad Co-Op believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this agreement. MTE Ad Co-Op may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this agreement may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that MTE Ad Co-Op may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that MTE Ad Co-Op shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service.


    Dealings with advertisers are done at your own risk and MTE Ad Co-Op can not be held liable for any advertisers actions.


    You agree to maintain a valid email address and your account is only activated once you have verified your email address by clicking a link in an email sent to you. By doing so you are bound to accept email from MTE Ad Co-Op which will include system messages and marketing information. This is an opt-in service and you can choose to receive emails or not by editing your profile. Any user threatening or reporting MTE Ad Co-Op for sending 'spam' or 'UCE' or Unsolicited Commercial Email will be invoiced for all services they have received to that point and immediate payment will be expected. Further more all legal costs and compensation will be sought through the courts for any loss of time or reputation.


    MTE Ad Co-Op is an honest marketing business supported by appropriate privacy statements, terms and conditions, user agreements, business practices and an excellent reputation in the trade that it will protect through all means available. This benefits you, your business and the online promotion and marketing businesses in general.


    Disclaimers

    MEMBER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT MEMBER'S SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, My Url Pro EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. MTE Ad Co-Op MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM.


    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER MTE Ad Co-Op NOR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, PUBLISHERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.


    To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, MTE Ad Co-Op uses appropriate industry standard procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of Member's personal information, such as firewall, encryption, token authentication, application proxies, monitoring technology, and adaptive analysis of the Website's traffic to track abuse of the My Url Pro.com Website and its data. However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be 100% secure. As a result, while MTE Ad Co-Op strives to protect its Members personal information, MTE Ad Co-Op cannot guarantee the security of any information that Members transmit to or from the participating advertisers/merchants and Member does so at his/her own risk.


    This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Member and MTE Ad Co-Op in connection with general membership in the MTE Ad Co-Op program and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this AGREEMENT is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this AGREEMENT will remain in force. No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this AGREEMENT will act as a waiver of such rights.
